P0410 Code tuned out

Hello,

Does anybody here know if our handheld can do a P0410 code tuned out ? if it does, can you please show me how or point me to the right person can do that programming.

you can not disable codes with the tool itself, due to EPA regulations..

did you remove the secondary air injection system from your car??? if not, then like I mentioned to you in our emails, you shouldn't be getting those codes at all, which indicates you have an issue with the car that you need to actually get fixed. just disabling a code will not fix the underlying problem with the car itself.

Thanks for the reply. But I have disconnected the A.I.R. system since I have the headers install from the first custom tune that I order from you. I mention it in the request but I guess you didn't see it. So for awhile I am still getting the Code P0410 and not thinking about it, I have been just clear it. Now that I read from other Vetters that have that code they just ask their tuner to tune it out.

Can you disable the code from coming up again? If not please advise as to whom I need to speak to and get that part of it disable or keep the PCM from checking and pop a P0410 code all the time.

I'll be happy to pay for the service, but just need it disable.

you never said you actually removed the EGR/AIR system stuff man.. you just said you were getting the code.. sent you the updated tune file.. you're all set.. all done..

Thanks, it is all working good now without the P0410 code pop up for nothing.
