Can not download log files.

Ok so today I went out and did a few log files as I want to buy the custom tune package from DiabLew.

So I hooked up my Trinity 1000 to my computer and followed the instructions to download the log files and there not there?

I have log files for an F150????? I don't own, and have never owned an F150. I have a 2015 Silverado 2500HD 6.0L gas.

I tried putting an SD card in the Trinity but it will not read it. I formated it and my computer sees it just fine.
But the Trinity will not see the card.

So I can't get the files off with my computer, and I can't get the Trinity to see an SD card.

So now what do I do?

Oh and the logs are there. If I open them on the Trinity all 3 logs I did are there and I can view them. I just can't seem to get them off the Trinity so I can send them to Lew. I was able to pull my Back tune file and my current tune file copies off with no problems. Just need to get the logs off so I get this ball rolling!

Also there seems to be an update for it but it will not let me do that ether. Shows I need to uninstall it from my vehicle to update it? Is that really needed? That seems dumb to me. I have had several tuners and never had to uninstall one to update it before. Tho this is my first Diablo tuner.

the f150 and vette logs you are seeing are just sample logs that get installed with the dataviewer program..

don't use the SD card.. that has always been buggy..

just record a log and save it to the trinity itself like normal.. don't save to sd card..

then you connect teh trinity to your PC and start up the dataviewer app.. then download the data log from the trinity, and save it to your PC..

OK so I tried it again and the log files showed up this time. Odd but hey it worked. So stuff is on its way to you in just a min.
