Will be testing on my 17 Scat Pack tomorrow and we have a few dealers in the field testing on personal vehicles.
Looking to get this out on i2 asap ;)

Will this just be for the i2, or will it work with the trinity as well. I've been waiting patiently for some trans tuning. I am getting excited now :D :D :D :D

i2 was done first, so we started there.
Trinity was built late yesterday and we plan to start testing that today ;)

Will the transmission tuning also work for the I-1000DCX on a 2014 Ram with the 8 speed?

Mike, when would you expect them to be released for both the i2 and Trinity? Within the next week or so? Are you guys just testing to make sure the bugs are all worked out?

Thanks!!

Yup, making sure it works as expected, which thus far its been rock solid.
Ricght now everything on i2 works perfectly.
Trinity doesnt have the calibration update side added for TCM but that should be ready in the next day or so.
I am conservatively estimating a release within 2 weeks on both devices :)

Would you Please provide some info on the parameters?

Shift points available?

Firmness?

etc.

No paramaters.
This is set up as a custom tune only option for now. It will let you read the tcm then you can send the file to a cmr tuner to have a custom tcm tune made.
If we can squeeze the canned tunes in there before release, we will, but there will not be params for shift point/firmness, as its way too complicated to dummy it down to an end user param unfortunately.

understood

I'm fine with that

I gather shift points etc. will be set by the CMR tuner.

You may have already indicated, but I wonder if it will be incorporated in the CMR tune, or will I be loading two files to my truck. ( 2014 Ram )

Even something to just remove some of the slop in the transmission would be appreciated. I suspect that a couple of canned tune options are enough for 99% of the people.
