is there a way to get around or disable the rev protection on the 3.5l so we can rev our engines in park or neutral like a normal car?

that limiter is there for a good reason.
We allow you to raise it a bit in the tuners, but if you want to rev it to the moon you'll need a custom tune. Shouldn't free rev these late model VVt equipped motors with no load....
