ZF8 update

Good mornig.
I own an I2 tuner and i' using the 91 octane with the MDS off. How do i get the update into my truck ? Do i need to set my truck back to stock tune and do an update on my I2? or do i just do the update only ?

I did the update on ignition. Then I reinstalled the 91 octane that I already had into my truck(just to be sure) before I applied tune one of the options now is TCM perf tune, I applied that. It worked for me. Didn't have to go back to stock
