Is your interface capable of saving the operating system? I use HPT for some other stuff, but they can only save/edit the calibration, I really need something that can save the OP like if you had a brand new TCM that has not been programmed yet, can your stuff save that file and overwrite one that had already been programmed to a vehicle? If you think it is possible, but have not tried it I can send you a new TCM to test with.

Thank you

Is there support for 2017 JGC 5.7?

When restoring backup, is the original calibration restored, or is it a generic cal ID? In other words is the cal ID backed up and used during restore?

Is there anyway the dealer can tell the TCM was modified, after restore?

Is it just me or does it seem like the "When will the 2014's be supported" question is being ignored?

TCM has the VIN and Cal in it from one vehicle, you can not take it out of one and put it in another with the OE WiTech tool. Say I have a 16 Charger that has a TCM Cal of 05035473AD and want to install that Mech unit into a 16 Magnum with a TCM Cal of 05035475AD With the OE tooling it can not change the Cal, it will update the Cal for the TCM installed and not the correct cal for the vehicle. I know this is a little different than the stuff you normally deal with, but If I am not making sense or if it would be easier to speak to you, I can call.

No. I have responded to this question a bunch of times in various other threads, including the one specific to 14 Ram 8 speed :)

I don't have a firm ETA right now.
The 14 stuff was holding up the project so we released without it to move forward, but we are still looking into why the 14 is not cooperating.

Thanks

Gotcha, thank you. Anyway you can help me figure out why I can't get my I3 to work on my Mac?
