Help!!! location of serial number....

I purchased a I1000 on amazon before I saw the unauthorized seller list on this site. Now I am skeptical of being sold a bootleg tuner. everything looks legit but when I open the shipping box the product box was not wrapped with plastic all around the actual box or have any stickers that were seals. There was a barcoded sticker over what appears to be serial number(I think).

Could someone please tell me where is the serial number on this product is located, and if possible, tell me how many characters i should be looking for. I do not see a serial number on the actual tuner and that has me worried. I really wish i had came to the site first smh.

settings/tool info/tool status will display the serial number.

On a sticker on the box or on back of the device.

Ok I used the sticker on the back to register. So of course I can’t remember my password
from when I registered and it won’t send me a reset.
