Error Message: "This vehicle is currently not Supported
I purchased the I3 tuner. After numerous updates, I keep receiving the following error message: "This Vehicle is currently not supported"
Please advise on resolving this matter. Attached is my info.xml

My working hours conflict with your working hours, including time-zone. Only if you was available on weekends would be perfect but that's not the case. Adam Sterling Briggs. Powerteg Tech Support, forwarded me an email, indicating that I need to download the Ignition software from Diablosport website instead from the device. When I get home, I will uninstall Ignition and download from the website, plug in the device for updates and again try to upload a tune. Hopefully, this will solve the issues. If not, I will take off from work and call you to reset the device as you suggested. Additionally, I will update you tomorrow on the outcome.

I download the software from the website. When performing updates the system got suck the following: "Interrogating device".

Well is the I3 tuner is getting a message of updates been completed when the device is connected to my computer. However, when plug in the car, the I3 tuner is keep repeating this vehicle is not supporting and an update is required. I did the update about three times and each time system shows updates are completed on the computer but vehicle is not supporting and an update is required
Please help
