u7170 Crom 7r19c needed please

Hello I was wondering what the current crom for the u7170 was? Also is there anyway to get the parameter adjustments on this tuner to work with a 2001 7.3, the only thing i can adjust is the shift firmness

I was hoping to adjust rev limiter I want it lower. Also like high idle settings. Tire size.
