O2 sensor readings question

O2 sensor readings question
Forgive my ignorance, I have a 08 wrangler that I’m trying to verify the O2 sensors are functioning correctly. O211A2D seems high to me, but then I honestly don’t know for sure. Any light that can be shed on the subject is greatly appreciated.

thats gotta be a bug, its only a 0-5V sensor
