stuck on installer:preparing

just got my intune i3. i registered it and updated it when i first got it and it seemed to work. went to plug into my truck and the device just gets stuck with a blank scree. decided to try and update again through ignition and now the device is stuck on a screen that says installer: preparing. any idea what is wrong or what im doing wrong?

can you access the i3 drive?
post the info file from tat drive please.

ALso, look for a file there called group_update and if its there delete it.
