Predator 2 Error when trying to tune - "Tuner Needs Update"

Hi,
Tried to tune my 2010 300c today with the Predator 2 (7301) tuner and got the following message, "Tuner needs update".
Went back to the computer to get the update, and when ignition uploaded my data from the tuner it said my car was unsupported.
It is a 2010 300c RWD 5.7 Hemi, and ignition also shows "OEM: Dodge". How do I obtain the correct update?

Hi,
I received the update via another account and I have updated the tuner.
I will be performing the tune on the car in the couple of days and I will post results.
