WHAT ABOUT THE U7153 ONE YEAR AND WAITING?

Post by ppoirier »

Can a tuner tell me when I am going to be able to use this thing? I have had it for a year and haven't been able to use it. I'm assuming since you are working on all tunes at the same time and the u7145 is on the dyno that the U7153 must be ready to roll as well. This is driving me nuts. I need to know when I am going to be able to use this thing. I check this site weekly and have been very patient ,but I am begining to think that I have been scammed.

Bump! I have called several times they keep telling me the same thing. It is a complex tune and will be out in x amount of days. Then x amount of days are up and the process starts over. It's a joke. I really think the progammers tell the tech people to stall the complaints. "Just give them a time to keep them quiet. " There is no logical reason why their time estimates are so completely off. If there is it must be top secret because they are not sharing it with any of us.
This company needs to hire more people to support their product or SUB out the work to get up to date!!!

I have come to the conclusion that we are not going to get an answer on this subject, or even a resolution to the problem. Shall I say "BUMP"! Oh heck, the product does not work, why would bumping the thread work!

I don't have dates or details but I would really like to know the calibration ID's for all the trucks that are not supported. If you guys can supply me with that post away!
