170 Degree

Hi,
i have an costum tune from edgard. after rebuild engine an install 170 degree thermostat, i have errocode P0480 FAN1. enginge never more 170F-175F
FAN dont start, but if i plug 12V from bat. on it, he works. possible, i need new tune?

what vehicle is this?
I might suggest trying a new tune yes.

Your tuner needs to adjust the tune so you don't get the code. Did you tell him you were adding the 170 t -stat? most tuners know to do the adjustment...if they know you have a 170 t-stat.

The relay had malfunction. Sorry about no answer from me, cause i rebuilded engine
