Pcm swap for warranty.

I guess this is the right place to post this. If my rams unlocked pcm and tcm are tuned can I just leave it tuned and take it out and put the stock pcm back in it and have it back to stock/factory to have warranty work done? I don’t wanna have to put the original backup every time if I don’t have to.
