I have logged some time on my trinity. I can connect to the DV software. But it says "transfer in progress" and never transfers the file when I try to download the log. I've downloaded and installed the latest DV, and my tool is up to date. I am using windows 10. I updated the drivers thinking that might help. I even used the older version 3.3 of DV, but the same thing happens. There is just the screen of the image with the lines going back and forth between the computer and the trinity. I can access the DV program while it is doing this, so it is not frozen. the log file is not that big and I even left it "transferring" overnight. I can view the log in the trinity.
Do you have any suggestions? I would like to send my log to my custom tuner so he can adjust my tune. Can't get the log out of the trinity though.

id try making a new log and see if it exports properly.

Any other ideas? I created 3 logs on different days. I can try that. But if that doesn't work, what else can I do?

I'll check this weekend and post back. Hopefully we can get it resolved Monday. But I remember looking at the info last night and it said that an update was not required on one of the lines. I updated the tool before backing up the original tune, loading the canned 91 octane tune, then uploaded the custom tune that I data logged.

I FIGURED IT OUT!!! Damned antivirus software was preventing the DV from writing to a protected folder. Changed the permissions in the antivirus software and bingo...it worked. thanks for your responsiveness. I've got a good build on my hands and will post dyno, tuner, mods, etc to the forum when done.
