6l80 in silverado shifts like butt with intune

I just tried the new tune and it still shifts bad over 4,000 rpm. I did not want to make a WOT pass till I know its good. If you really did not see any problems that you can fix maybe there is a problem with my truck but they just went through my trans at the dealer two weeks ago and it shifts fine without the tune. I think I need to go see my boy Steve Lee at thunder motorsports and see if he can shine some light on the subject. Unless you think there is something else u can try. Maybe I didnt do it right but when I plug the tuner into the desktop and pull up the tunes the new files are in there. Thanks again.

Cool. I am gonna let Steve do some hands on diagnostic work and maybe between Steve and you guys we can get this thing figured out. I have an appointment for Thursday morning at Thunder so I will keep you posted.

Ok. tried that trans tune, still shiftin the same way. Maybe I am not doing this right? I deleted the last file and dragged the new file in the tune file. I can unplug the intune from the desktop and plug it back in and pull the files and it shows to have the updated tune in it. If I am not doing it right please let me know as I am not the best with computers. Thanks again for all your efforts. I am really impressed with your customer service

after you load the file he made, post the new last tune written file for the tcm from the tunes folder.

The Last Tune Written that you just posted, isn't the recent _rev2 tune I asked you to load. Can you please load this tune up and see how the transmission performs? Once you have the tune I sent loaded, please post the last tune written from it.

ok, this is what i was afraid of. You're not loading the tune I sent into the vehicle. Please drag and drop the tune tcm_24258801_347stang_rev2 and load it into the truck. I've attached it again for easy access.

So Steve got the trans to stop the delay. He said there were no custom tunes loaded in the tuner so that was my fault. I wanna give thanks to you guys at Diablosport for all your efforts. The truck made 288 rwhp and 301 rwtq with just a tune and an afe air filter in the stock air box. Slap the headers on this weekend and back to the dyno in two weeks. I will post up the final results when I get them.
