i2 - Dodge Ram cannot update "not supported"

Hi

I have updated via WIFI and also using the PC aplication , cannot tune my car. In attachemnt info.xml form i2

Can You help me ?

Any update ? I would like to really get this going :) i used to have a predator in my 300c and it was great. Now the I2 in Dodge Ram ....doesnt work :/

Which of these vehicles are you actually trying to tune here?

Its the "last connected" VIN from XML file 1D7RV1CT2BS682378

And of course several time i tried updating using the PC tool, and also connecting the i2 via wifi . Each time when it goes to tune it says that the car is not supported.

well, I would start by selecting the clear all updates option from the settings menu then try the vehicle again and post a fresh info file please.
