T2 will not read backup

I was having issues with my custom tune so I got a revised tune. After removing the old tune and setting the car to stock, went to read the backup in custom tune. The tool sits for 30 seconds roughly, makes no progress and then says log exported. Updated tool and tried again but still gives the same issue. I even tried loading a canned tune and even that wouldn't read the backup. I've attached the info log for reference. Thanks in advance.

The vehicle is a dodge neon srt4. I purchased the tuner before Diablo said it was not compatible as I pre ordered it. But the tuner has worked fine on the car since I got it. It just now has had issues. I have a t1000 I am going to use for the time being. I just want to make sure the t2 isn't having hardware issues, since the warranty will be up in January. Thanks.

I targeted the T2 to a new version that wil officially support SRT4, please update and try again and let me know.
