2003Cobra/Revolution chip problems

recently bought a revolution chip and a tune got home installed...poor idle cold, once up to temp idle is fine. drivability: at WOT it hesitates bad no boost can be achieved, took chip and pcm to the company that gave me the tune and checked settings and everything looked fine. also took it to DEQ and none of there scan tools could comunicate with my car even there cheesy hand held ones, took it to local ford dealer and there NGS tool could communicate fine with my car any ideas, MAF ??? please help!!!

Just sounds like your car did not like that tune.
I would have whomever created the tune address this.
