7210 no CTSV tune

So I received the correct 7210. It doesn't have the tune for a CTSV, 2013. When going to tune, it goes through reading the engine, then reading the transmission, then goes to stock tune integrity(off memory) at that point it then states no file calibration update tuner. I go to update tuner, no tune. On the ignition it states it is up to date. under VIN LOCK: it shows needs update.
