T2 reset/reboot problems

I bougt an 9345 trinity from hemifever and got some issues with it.
When i connect it to my mac it will show error «an error have occured! Please reset your tool»
When i try to reboot it will then freeze, i will eject and try again but with the same issue.

I am trying to drag and drop file from hemifever into it. And it shows in the root file. But when i connect in the car i cant find the file, recommecting to the Mac and the file is gone, tried 3 times

The software installed are 2r02c (i think it was)

Fixed it after 2 hr with update back and forward! Looked like the whole unit collapsed there for awile when the display showed just stripes.
