Hellcat backup read error

Hi,

I have an issue with the new device EX. the car is Hellcat charger, the device requested an update before working on the car tuning. after performing the required update, it gives error reading the stock file.

can you help please.

Our devices work with our pcms, I cant guess or imagine how they may behave with someone elses pcm modification...
