Updates and traction cobtrol...

Post by shooterjgs »

Updated my T2 back in May when I first got it... Just wondering should my T2 still be up to date or do I need to be checking every so often to see if its up to date... I may have a problem disabling traction control on the tuner just haven't trouble shot the problem.... That's why I was thinking maybe I need to check for updates and that would take care of the traction control not wanting to disable... Thanks

Im having same issue I think. I disable the traction control and it keeps setting for a short time but reverts back to being enabled with no user input. Also got ABS and brake malfunction lights when it actually is disabled. It also caused vehicle to go in Limp Mode basicly stuck in 3rd gear. I unplugged tuner and restarted car. Traction Control came back on and car was back to normal mode. Is this what is happening to you? If not then I appologize for jumping in this discussion.

Hey IronEagle no problem any info is good info as far as I'm concerned... Mine just says it's generating a trouble report of some sort and then just keeps trying to disable traction control but never does... I'm hoping Mikel will give some light on the problem... Hopefully I just need to run update again... Have you tried running updates again.

This is what I get "an unexpected error has occurred please wait while a failure log is created... Continue " press continue and I get "failure log complete... Press continue "quick adjust traction control applying " and it just keeps trying I guess..
But never completes the action
