Cannot download CROM version for Predator...

New user, so bear with my newbie questions pls.
I am trying to update a new CROM version for the model U7135 Predator through a USB port, I have a connection but when I hit the calibration updater I get a code 3 server error and asking me if I am connected to the internet (I am). also "XML parsing error 'syntax error' at line 1.
This is slightly over my head, has anyone been through this before?

Did you download the CROM to your hard drive? You can't get it on the Predator straight from the web.

Mike...thanks for the reply, your right, that is what was missing. I've updated, and sucessfully downloaded my upgrades.
Now I'm going to see what this unit can do to the 6.1L Charger...
