“Tuner Needs Update” What’s wrong?

It’s really a bummer when you get a tuner and it doesn’t work and spending hours reaseaching...... Can anyone please help me out!
2013 Chrysler 300 5.7
I bought the Predator 2, plugged it into my car, clicked tune, did the two (0-99) downloads, it cleared dts, then it made a sound with a message saying “tuner needs update” I downloaded the ignition program “PC” updated the tuner and once again the same thing happened “tuner needs update” can someone help me out, I have a road trip coming up and I need to shut off the mds.

I just have one other question, my remote start on my car is disabled. Is this just a tune thing or glitch?

Nothing in the tune should affect remote start at all.

Check to see if there is a trouble code, as that will keep it from working.

Yeah for some reason the remote start is working fine now. Everything is perfect and wow this car runs so much better even on just the 87 tune with premium. I appreciate your help and the fast customer service! Thank You.

same issue, PAID $350 for my unit and super irritated i cant find a fix for this issue. Ignition says its up to date, hooked up to car, went though the moitions, cleared DTC , says TUNER NEED UPDATE.. WILL NOT UPDATE....
