Down loading logs

I have the Trinity 2 EX, it is up to date. When I attempt to down load logs with the data viewer, I get the message "unknown query". I have repaired, updated the Data Viewer program. the program says it is connected. The tuner shows "Device under remote control" and if I go to "my computer" I can see the logs, it just won't down load them. Oh my antivirus program is off.

you dont download from t2, you simply use the browse option in DV to select the log from the logs folder on the T2 drive.
