Listen, I would like to buy a new Trinity T2, but after 3+ years running on the last problem I requested your help with, and still not fixed mind you, then the lack of answers and timely responses on this issue, there is just no way I can justify the purchase with such a lack of service and advertised features.

I submitted a bug request no less than three years ago on Tcm adaptation reset failure and failure to change tire size, and to this day on a different device, it still hasn't been fixed. I don't mind being patient, and I understand that you guys are busy, but damn how hard is it to give a progress report or maybe some solid fixes?

I hate to say this, but Diablosport's inability to fix problems that it creates and general lack of competent service and many failures over the years have led me to have an ample amount of caution when buying into Diablosport's problems. Before anyone decides to retort with nastiness, consider I have been patiently waiting to use advertised features that I've paid for twice, for five years and still have not received the full advertised suite of features.

Considering that I have had an identical issue between and i1000 dcx and an i2, what assurance do I have that this problem won't also be present on a T2 as well as ever actually get fixed?

Last update was a few months ago. I just updated, it had 6 group updates. I'll go try again and report back.

Not only does TCM reset and Tire Size change fail, but TCM options are still absent. Are you guys even able to fix your software? These features worked at one time on a DCX 1000, but one of your updates broke them.

How many devices do I have to upgrade to before I finally get all the functionality advertised and paid for?

I dont think TCM reset was ever supposed to work for 8 speeds, so that probably shouldn;t be there.
Tire size should certainly work.

Can you post the files from the runtime folder on the i2 drive as well as the current info file so I can have this looked into?

So why wouldnt it work, when it very well did at one point? Its a procedure that pulling a fuse wont do for my particular year and model of 8 speed, yet the dealership can do it. It is impractical to go to the dealership every few months, pay $100 diagnostic fee just to reset trans shift strategy. Just one more thing that has an entry on the Diablosport device, but serves no actual function. I'm really getting fed up with this process, and I have given your company enough of my money and alot of my time.

there are no end user params for the 8 speeds currently. You should have a preloaded tcm tune, if you are not seeing that I will need to look into it.
