Obd2 cable and port for i3 tuner its self

I have a really hard time with unplugging my tuner from the cable. It's really hard to squeeze the two clips in on the plug to the tuner. So with this said from the few times I have tried to unplug the tuner from cable it is now broke. Does anyone know if diablosport will warranty this issue. I bought it in may of this year. I'm so sick about it not working now. I appreciate any help I may get. Thanks to all

No idea on the warranty, maybe Mike will reply.

I'm with you on disconnecting, and I've had my 5 year oops help with that.

Yea I'd be more than glad to pay a little to get it fixed instead of buying a new one. Thanks for letting me know it's not just me. Lol

Thank u very much for the reply Mike but the problem Is I dont have any of my purchase info other than the info from where I bought it new on ebay from someone who sells a lot of them. Would it be best if i just give you a call this week?

Ebay sellers are tricky, we'll really want to see a receipt in that case.
