Update issues?

I've got an Trinity T2 Platinum and I have been trying to update it for awhile. Everytime i connect it to Wifi it always crashes or just never even pulls up the setting menu. The website says the Diblo products are MacBook compatible but that is not the case. Any suggestions on how to update my device?

I would suggest doing it on a windows machine. I could not get it to work on 3 different MacBooks. Windows machine worked great.

Sadly, you will not find much support on this forum for their latest product.
