Post by twfolks »

What parameters should I change and how much to run 97 octiane gas, such as timing , and would that be global or specific rpm ranges (up to 4k) ( and 4k up)

depends... some can't change timing at all for part throttle... what's your vehicle, what Predator model do you have?? can't tell anything without that info..

by mentioning global timing, I'm assuming you have a mustang (since you still didn't tell us what you have or what predator)...

the timing/spark increments are in percentages...

to quote Mike:

"To determine what 1% of timing is equal to in degrees, you forst need to know how much total timing is being commanded.. You can see this in the live data under total spark. At WOT, you will see the timing pretty much lock into a range of 1-2*, usually around 26-28* on the GMs. If it shows 28* total, then 10% would be 2.8*. "
