Need help, my intune won't update

Hey, I'm new to the DS i1000 I have that I'm using for my 2003 Dodge Neon SRT4. I just recently bought a 93/e85 tune for my car, and I'm trying my best to follow directions on how to download from my email to the PC, then figure out how to load the tunes from the PC to the i1000. I've lost the current custom 93 tune I had on the car when I backed up the stock tune to reload the new tunes. I'm stuck with a 91 oct tune, which we don't have 91 pump gas around here (Atlanta, GA), we have 93.

So, I need to know if my hand held is acting up or why my i1000 won't upload the tunes from the pc. The current software is 1r03d and the serial # of my i1000 is CIBZL3E-1. Can someone please help me figure this out.
