my T2 problem

Don't Diablo Sports check your email?
I asked for a repair in email and website not long ago.
Symptom
After connecting to the vehicle and PC, the logo appears and gradually turns black.
It's still a black screen.
You can do nothing and the tuner is not responding.
Please reply to my email address.
Please send me the company address of Diablo Sports.
I'll send the package.
