U7140 2006 Mustang GT cooling fan issues

I have a U7140 tuner with C&L racer tune. I noticed that the cooling fan doesn't shut off even at highway speeds. Is this common?

Yes, this is normal.
It will not affect the operation of the fan.

But will that cause premature wearing out of the fan. I changed the op temp on my 06 s197 and noticed that the fans ran continously, changed it back didn't want to wear out the fan
