I-1000 work on a 2018 Sierra

I have a I-1000 that I bought when I had my 2014 Silverado. I assumed it wouldn't work on the 2018 Sierra because it doesn't appear to be available anymore. I got to thinking this is probably due to the fact that it's no longer in production rather than not capable to tune the 2018.

So I thought I'd come on here and find out for sure rather than blindly start hooking it up to my 2018.

Will it work, or has GM thrown a few wrenches into the mix since 2014, and it's no longer capable.

I assume it's going to need some updating, if it will work, as it hasn't been turned on since 2015.

No it will not work... you need the new inTune i3 8245 Platinum or the Trinity T2 EX 9245 Platinum...

Figured. I'll just wait till I do the Cam swap then.
