DCX GLITCH

Hoping one of you guys can help me out. My DCX INTUNE for 2011 Dodge with custom tunes acts up when Data logging. It wont let me record more than one session unless I unplug the OBD side of the tuner, reboot and re-sequence from the beginning. Also wont let me adjust units for PIDs like it used to (im stuck in Kpa and Celsius on the readings). If trying to add or subtract PIDs I also have to unplug OBD side of cable each time for fresh reboot and sequence. Problem 2 is tool/ computer will not allow control so I can look at the PIDs on my laptop while data logging like in the past. All has been updated (seems like when probs started). I also returned the tool to original state and re- updated hoping to fix it as well as windows and Diablo computer updates. Not sure what else to try....any help is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately there are no firmware updates happening for this device as its been discontinued for the past 4-5 years, so not sure what if anything can be done to resolve this.
