can't tune 2012 300c srt8

just bought 7301 predator 2, hooked it up to the car and did the two 0-100% files reads. after completion the device says it needs an update so I opened ignition and plugged the tuner in. ignition says my device is up to date but that I need a calibration for me vehicle, how do I do that?
