Trinity T2 Issues

2012 F150 Ecoboost. I can tune the truck with whatever tune. As soon as I plug in the tuner in it shuts off my radio and hvac controls and will not come back on until I unplug the tuner. This is only happening with the T2. I also have a T1 and it doesn’t do that. I thought I was upgrading. I think I made a mistake. Both tools have been updated to the latest files etc. Any help in the matter would greatly be appreciated.

Thats odd, seems like a possible short in the cable, can you give me an address so we can send you a replacement cable to see if that resolves it?
