Intune i2 8.1l problems ignored

So my tuner is STILL junk. I've called, tuner was updated, no I dont have any aftermarket things, emailed everyone I was told to email (with no response) , I've done EVERYTHING and still I'm stuck with a dangerous tune in my truck. Plug the tuner in my vehicle which is on Diablos highest canned tune (which is extremely dangerous in my truck), and it freezes. I try to put my custom tune in, but if I touch ANY button it freezes. The restore factory tune button isn't even available now. The current Diablo tune makes my truck accelerate on it's own if you push the throttle to hard.

I know we are fighting an issue related to the Allison tcm controller and I expect a fix asap.

I was unaware you were stuck with a tune that was causing issues.

Since this tool worked previously, i should be able to put it back on the software versions it was on when it worked, can you please provide me with the device serial number so I can go through the history and see if we can get you back to stock?
