u7191 disabling o2 codes

Can the u7191 tuner disable 02 codes for putting a hogan hi-flow cat downpipe on a 2006 monte carlo ss, or do I need a custom tune?

Its been a while and my monte ss has been running great, but recently I have been getting the p0420 code even on the diablo tune. I thought that the diablo tunes disabled the rear o2 sensor. I can clear the code in the obd2 section but it keeps popping back up after about a week or so. What could be the reason for this code popping up?

You need to have Diablo make you a custom tune that turns off the codes. I have an 06 SS as well and put the Hogan pipe on and got the code PO420. Diablo had to turn the codes off with a custom tune.

My bad, thought the tool had the option to disable, but yeah, email me a copy of the backup file and we'll take care of it.

Ok Mike I sent you and email. Am I supposed to send you a copy of the diablo tune that's currently in the vehicle or the original backup of the stock tune? I attached both.

Ok, lets see here...your email is titled 'Predator GTO LS2 U7191'.

The issues in this thread are centered around an LS4 powered vehicle.

The GTO tunes are set up to disable the rear O2 sensors already, but I dont see how this is even a question if you have the tune installed, as you should have no rear O2 related codes.
