Shift-points?

Hello! Please forgive any missed previous topics about this, but I’ve been having troubles trying to figure out what the best shift points would be for an ‘07 Ford F-150? I’ve tinkered with it and can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. I’ve been hoping to find a way to have the shifts place me in the power-band of my vehicle instead of well below it so I can actually have the power to the pedal when I need it. (Currently using 87 octane usually but will occasionally run the 87 down then refill with 93 octane for short periods of time.)
