2008 hemi 5.7 wk with i3 shuts off when passing

Havin an issue with my jeep shuttin down every now and then when i push it, for example to pass someone. Itll kick down then either just lose all power or worse case go into limp mode but it doesnt do it all the time. I have no lights on the dash on or ANY issues with the jeep. It only has 87k miles on it and has been taken good care of its whole life so far. I have a 93 oct. hemifever custom tune installed but its done it to me with that and the diablo tune that came with the i3. Any ideas?
