You should give our tech support a call for an issue like this, please call us with predator at hand and in vehicle.

OK, well if they have replaced the PCM and it still does not run, it sounds like there is another problem...
I'm sure the dealer will figure it out.

Thanks

Ive got the same exact problem but after the SEVENTH time trying (each other time it just said "did not work, disconnect and reconnect battery and try again") it worked so i am NOT going to bother wasting my time with this crap tune anymore... im lucky it didnt wreck anything cuz just like mike just said about "maybe the dealer will figure it out".. that would probably cost alittle bit of cash!! Thanks to Diablo, but no thanks.. also, its awful that there is no customer support on the weekends... Surprise Surprise people, costumers use programmers on the weekends too!!!

By any chance does the truck in question have a factory securety system in it? If it does I would think that could be the problem, it was on my '06. It shuts the fuel off to the rail if it malfunctions, and on mine it did not give any codes for the problem.
