2019 RAM 5.7 / I3 Swapped unlocked PCM

After updating unit to where it says no updates, Unit says vehicle not supported. Swapped PCM, truck runs butclimate and options in nav display not there. Says now some ECU's not supported priot to vehicle not supported.

Worked with support all day and latest is the display says ECU's not supported. I guess TCM is not supoported. Any tune I load does nothing, finishes but even the most basic MDS off doesnt work. Support says skip TCM modeule but no option comes up for this in any menu I can find. Again tune load completes but it changes nothing. For example MDS is still on and actually active. old style programmer always aske dif you wanted to skipp the trans on Siearra anyway. I have no idea how to proceed. XML file was provided to Mr. FLAMONT. His suggestion was to skip this module but it never prompts me to skip it. Actual program though updater shows updates It looks like it says files 4 and 5 but I can see if it finishes as the advertising page comes up and wipes out the results. It looks like attempted then the file name. Reboot and recheck and it does the same thing. Cant help on that debug as advertising to sell licenses doesnt allow for the end user to see the results. This truck I believe has every option and an 8 speed which I dont believe is uncommon.

The 8 speed support is in validation and will be released likely by the end of the week.

Please load the tune then post the files from the tunes folder here and we'll check them out and set the MDS off for you in a custom tune for now.

After debugging got a tune from powerteq florida. BTW, files I send him shows mds on in all cases. The programmer shows it set to off and I tried to toggle it on and off and saved, built, loaded and sent to Tech. Other params seem to stick. FYI for a fix. Also see very little throttle response even set to plus 20. Thanks in advance.

PS, also sometimes 93 ocane shows up in the tune menu and other times not. It might be scrolled off the screen but no toggle to scrolldown or up appears in the program list menu, mds on is the report.

I have no idea where to search or if the trans files and ecu;s not supported is fixed or if I am to try something. Should I be updating the programmer and trying the process?

the MDS param will always show on as thats the default setting, its not reading the current value from the vehicle. Its perfectly normal for it to default to ON when you open the parameter. That does not indicate that it is ON in the pcm.

Worked with Powerteq Fl last week and no matter if I changed it to off it always showed on when I sent the last build file topowerteq. The switch doesnt save to the build. We verifyed this process over and over again. We went over each key stroke. I changed other params and they stuck and actually changed the vehicle. Again, if you change the MDS to off and save it doesnt build with it OFF.

Still no trans support. Was it released last week. Again, Im on the phone to try to explain this in detail.

I can set up a tune to disable mds if you load a tune then post the last tune written here.
The param will be fixed and tcm added at the same time. I would expect that release any day now.

If you would let me know that it is up I can go through the params and do wide swings to verify the build. Unless I know I can't tell what is updated and if not updated, just spiin my wheels or efforts.

I would like to have the issues posted fixed. It been a month since promissing by the end of the week repeatedly. I would like you to extend my 30 days to return swapped pcm anf i3. If not fixed I want my pcm back and full credit. Come on the truck is going on a year old. BTW trying to get to support so left VM. Said it woiuld be faster. No call back in 10 days.

I can make you a tune to disable MDS today.
The release is still in testing but I will gladly make you a custom tune right now that disabled MDS to get you going.

Please arrange to return my original ecm and fully refund the I3 and modified replacement ecm.

A generic custom tune wont help much as I need to try various tunes and variables to see what I like. The missing ECU errors also exist but you wont release a fix for them. I purchased this product as well as prior products and end up in all three cases being a beta site and reporting the bugs for months till fixed. If you wish to refund my money in fulll then I will try to be a beta site. Again as I update the I3 I have no idea what to expect or what has been fixed and or if any are related to my vehicle. I then have to build a tune and see if it actually works. Of course up to this date it doesn't. Why would it take over 5 weeks since you acknowledged a release at the end of the week have we not seen anything?

We are here taking calls all day, hasn't been any hold time all morning.
The fix was pushed live yesterday.
if you return to stock then update the tuner you should be able to disable MDS no problem.
