T2 ex not connecting to laptop

Hello,
Pls help problems with this brand new t2 out of the box... i download the update tool everything went fine i start the program i connect the tool to my laptop it powers up fine.. software keep saying to connect device to laptop it will detect it automatically no it dosent.. device is connected its power up i even checked laptop can see the tool and says its working..

What am i missing?? Anything else i over looked ?? I also have the t1000 and dsdownloader works great on same laptop

it dose every time i plug it in it comes up on the pc as t2000.. something weird happened today i went to the pc main settings page then clicked the update software i then clicked “repare “ now it has disappeared from my laptop.. i cant find it

I cant believe no one been thru this both my laptops have exact same problem??

Oooops sry boys ignore this post its finally working and updating as i type this.. all i did was i went into the laptop main menu and manually deleted everything to do with diablo even deleted the old ds downloader and drivers as i also have a trinity.. then downloaded update agent its working now
