Cannot reset dtc

I have a 05 Duramax / Allison when using the Predator 100 hp tune,I went into limp mode,and got check engine light, I believe I lost 1st and 4th gears. I went back to stock tune, truck runs fine now,but cannot erase p0700 code and reset light.

The truck has cleared and reset check engine light, AOK

You likely overpowered the clutches in the tranny.
The P0700 will only clear itself after a few key cycles.
