i just purchased a Trinity T2 platinum that is what the sticker on the box says. i plugged it into the computer downloaded ignition software and updated the tuner. took out to my truck a 2013 dodge ram 1500 and plugged it in. it said i needed a PCM calibration update, so i took back to the computer plugged it in and it said it downloaded it on its own. took it back out to the truck plugged it in it started doing its thing then said it encounter an error. it generated a fail log reset and repeats. or it just sits on the gathering vehicle info for ever as in i waited 30 mins and it didn't make a single 1% of progress. how do i fix this its already frustrating me.

I have exact same problem i plug t2 it powers up it let me choose 91 tune then trans tune i click install it gos to 1% then error message then reboots. How did u fix this??
