Error Unlock PCM for reflash (-18)

Hello, I have a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T AWD that will not allow me to modify my stock tune, adjust my tire size or anything. I am using a Trinity T-1000. I have read other threads similar (Challengers) but the problem was solved by their push button key being removed. I do not have that luxury. I have no clue on what my next step is. Any info would be great!

Has it ever been tuned in the past with anything else?

I have no clue as it was bought used from a dealership. But if it was, what would Diablosport have any PCMs available for my year? I hear they are available for the 2015 but no clue about 2014.

so so does it save the stock tune then fail to write a new tune, or wont even save the stock tune?
