big time help, truck wont start

well this has happened many times before with me in the last few weeks.. when tryin to write a tune on to the truck or just to go back to original, it doesnt go through.. says "tune did not write, disconnect and then reconnect battery and try again. well one time it took me 3 times then it finally worked, 2 days ago it look me 7 times then worked, and now today ive tried 3 times and no luck yet.. im sure your wondering why i keep trying but i cant help but wanna try and hope it works!!! ive been on hold now with the help line for almost 2 hours and i really need my truck!!!! Everything i can think of has been diconnected to make sure there is no change in amp draw... WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!

Well, at this point I'd disconnect the battery, and attempt to restore the stock tune (unless that is already there).
It seems like there is a problem here for sure....are there any aftermarket electronics in the truck?
If so, they need to be disconnected.

Also, our tech support closes at 7:00 PM M-Th and at 5:30PM on Friday.
