can't put back to stock tune

tried to change tune - won't recognize key cycle - won't allow any changes nor will it allow to return back to stock tune from a custom tune , I bought a new i3 tuner and it won't override . . . . Options ??? What else can I do ?
Engine has several mods - diff s/charger - inj - cams - CAI - race comin up in a few weeks . . .

I’m having the same problem. Only difference is I have the platinum trinity ex 2

Try resetting the i3 tuner to its factory settings.This might help in cases where the tuner is stuck or not responding properly
